A series of air, land and maritime exercises are taking place this fall to prepare next year’s NATO Response Force. During the air exercise Brilliant Arrow in Norway, 800 personnel from nine air forces trained to NATO standards putting their interoperability to the test. Report from the live-flying exercise Brilliant Arrow at Oerland Air Base in western Norway.
