In this video released by the U.S. Coast Guard, Coast Guard investigating officers from Coast Guard Sector Mobile, Ala., respond to the the towing vessel, Cheryl Stegbauer, after it allided with the Popps Ferry Bridge in Biloxi, Miss., Friday, March 20, 2009, which resulted in 150-foot section of the bridge collapsing into the bay.
