ATLANTIC OCEAN- Cadets and crew aboard Coast Guard Cutter Eagle conduct a burial at sea on behalf of the family of Rita Kelly, July 5, 2009. Kelly's remains were laid to rest in nearly the same location as the same location where her husband, Coast Guard Capt. James Kelly, the 15th commanding officer of Eagle, was laid to rest in 2004.
