NEW ORLEANS - The Coast Guard transports rehabilitated brown pelicans from Louisiana to Aransas National Wildlife Refuge in Texas. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service accompanied the birds and released them back into the wild. U.S. Coast Guard video by Petty Officer 2nd Class Gina Ruoti.
