ASTORIA, Ore. - A Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from Air Station Astoria replaces aids to navigation at equipment at Fort Peck Lake, Mont., during the week of June 14-18, 2010.

Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team (ANT) Kennewick, Wash., which normally maintains the equipment worked with the air station to replace the old equipment with cost and energy efficient solar-powered dayboards and lights. ANT Kennewick also transferred responsibility for the aids to the Army Corps of Engineers in a deal that will save the Coast Guard and taxpayers thousands of dollars in travel expenses incurred by the yearly month-long trip normally taken by ANT Kennwick members to service the equipment.
