KODIAK, Alaska - A Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team Kodiak boat crew displays their new 38-foot Special Purpose Craft - Training Boat in Womens Bay and Kodiak's St. Paul Harbor Sept. 27, 2011. The SPC - TB can hold 20 people and operate in up to 34 mph winds and six-foot seas while conducting aids to navigation, training and search and rescue missions.
