KODIAK, Alaska - The 174-foot Army vessel Monterrey remains grounded on Puffin Island, surrounded by containment boom to limit the spread of any diesel fuel from the vessel, June 12, 2012. The Coast Guard is working with the Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska Dept. of Environmental Conservation and other stakeholders to respond to the grounding.
