Cadets and crew aboard Coast Guard Cutter Eagle conduct a burial at sea on behalf of the family of Rita Kelly, July 5, 2009. Kelly's remains were laid to rest in about the same location that her husband. Coast Guard Captain James Kelly, the 15th commanding officer of the Eagle, was laid to rest in 2004.
