NATO’s ARRCADE Fusion 13 exercise brought together 2,500 military and civilian personnel from 16 NATO and partner nations. This report shows how the UK-based Allied Rapid Reaction Corps trains and develops its ability to command the NATO Response Force by simulating a large-scale deployment from a temporary command and control centre in Cornwall, England.
