Young minds come together to form what Seoul American Middle School calls Science…Technology…Engineering…and Math; better known as “The Stem Program.” What is this class you might ask? Well, STEM Program is all about engineering design. It’s about teaching students that you have to think about the problem, come up with a solution for the problem, present it and try, try, try again.
SUGGESTED LEAD: Imagine a group of students in a classroom where childhood toys is the topic of discussion, but what being built is tomorrow’s future. Army Sergeant Antonio Vincent visits Seoul American Middle School to tell us more.
SUGGESTED TAG: In April the students will test what they’ve learned with a toothpick bridge competition.
