Over the course of three days, members of the San Diego Tunnel Task Force in collaboration with their enforcement counterparts in Mexico uncovered two sophisticated smuggling tunnels originating in San Diego's Otay Mesa industrial park that connect to warehouses in neighboring Tijuana, Mexico.
