Marines with 2nd Marine Logistics Group took part in a four-week training program designed to enhance their understanding of Marine Corps traditions, structure, combat strategies, and history while honing their physical fitness and fighting abilities in the field at Camp Lejeune, N.C., March 2014. The course is designed to instill the leadership qualities essential to effective NCO leadership with the Marine Corps and draws upon corporals from across the Group. The classes, held regularly within 2nd MLG, draw upon a hand-selected cadre of instructors prepare the Marines for future leadership positions.
