A group of environmental professionals and managers from various training and ecological departments in the U.S. Army tour a range on the Grafenwoehr Training Area. They are learning more about the harmony between Army training and the ecological improvements of this land. 33 years ago, the U.S. Army started monitoring the conditions of their training areas in Europe. Today, 77 percent of these training lands are designated flora and fauna habitat.
