Coast Guard Station Bodega Bay was established July 5, 1963 and is home to 31 enlisted personnel, two 47-foot Motor Lifeboats, and a 29-foot Response Boat-Small. Station Bodega Bay is a multi-mission unit and one of only 20 designated surf units in the Coast Guard.
