During the Bataan Death March, more than 76,000 American and Filipino prisoners were marched through the sweltering heat of the Philippine jungle with little food and water. Many who didn't die from illness and disease were executed. For the last 25 years, the state of New Mexico has remembered these individuals with a memorial march at White Sands Missile Range, N.M. Learn more about the 26.2-mile march that honors those brave men and ensures they are never forgotten.
