Guardsmen from Swainsboro's 810th Engineer Company (SAPPER) used the Guardian Center complex located in Perry, Georgia, to hone their search and extraction skills. The 810th is the newest addition to the 201st Homeland Response Force, Region 4, Georgia Army National Guard. Soldiers used the realistic training grounds to perform lifting and hauling, shoring and breaching, metering and monitoring, and repelling tasks before their final evaluation scheduled for December.
