The 124th Medical Group execution of a mass PHA/medical exam operation accomplishing 96 percent of more than 1300 required annual exams in a single UTA. The event completed a yearlong planning cycle where 124th Medical Group specialists learned of the all-in-one drill method from other ANG units and brought the idea back to Idaho to sell to senior leaders. Key staff members in the planning process discuss the advantages of the program for the 124th Fighter Wing and for each individual member of the Idaho Air National Guard.
