A Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C., medevacs a crewman from the motor vessel Houston Express about 25 miles east of Virginia Beach, Va., Friday, February 27, 2015.
Houston Express crew members reported the ailing crewman to the Coast Guard while en route to France Thursday, changed the vessel’s course approximately 345 miles east of Virginia Beach, and headed back toward Virginia to get within range for the medevac.
