Iraqi soldiers of the 16th Division conduct live fire drills to prove their combat readiness March 5, 2015 at Besmaya Range Complex, Iraq. Later in the day, the same soldiers, along with other soldiers of the 16th Division, celebrate and cheer during their graduation ceremony, which marked the completion of their Building Partner Capacity (BPC) training. The BPC was led by U.S. and Spanish coalition forces to aid and strengthen the Iraqi Security Force's fight against the Islamic State.
