U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 4, 3rd and 4th Marine Regiments, visited Santa Juliana Elementary School in Crow Valley, Tarlac, Philippines, April 20, during exercise Balikatan 2015. The Marines played games and read with children at the school. Balikatan is an annual Philippines-U.S. military training exercise and humanitarian civic assistance engagement, which highlights the longstanding partnership between both nations.
