Spanish Military personnel opened the airfield at Morón Air Base, Spain, to the public to commemorate the base’s 75th anniversary May 30-31, 2015. The event allowed visitors to see the numerous aircraft and other military equipment used at the base. The Spanish military and U.S. Marines from Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response-Africa, who also work at the base, greeted visitors at a variety of equipment demonstrations and aircraft displays to allow the public to see what they do at the airfield on a daily bases.
