Exercise Saber Strike kicked off at the Pabrade Training Area, Lithuania. June 8, 2015. The exercise is a massive, multilateral event designed to promote regional stability and security, strengthen partnerships, and foster trust amongst NATO and partner nations. U.S. Marines from the Black Sea Rotational Force joined 15 allies and international partners in the Baltic region, where a series of tactical exercises will occur in four different countries to provide an opportunity for the multilateral force to conduct operations side by side.
