Members of the Texas Army National Guard's 436th Chemical Company conducted weapons training at Camp Swift in Bastrop, Texas, July 13-19, 2015. This training focused on crew-served weapons such as the M249 light machine gun, the .50 caliber Browning machine gun, and the M240 machine gun. Weapons familiarization like this is important for the chemical Guardsmen, who must be well-versed in basic soldiering skills for their overseas mission.
