Army Reserve Soldiers deployed this spring to El Salvador to work
along side Canadian, Brazilian and host-nation forces providing
humanitarian and civic assistance. Medical personnel from the 349th combat support Hospital of Bell, California, provided treatment at clinics in El Coco, El Salvador.
