Students attending Ross University in Dominica offer a unique perspective on how the U.S. will impact the people they have come to know from living on the island through humanitarian assistance efforts with Operation Continuing Promise 2015. The students are also volunteers, helping the U.S. with their mission while they are in Dominica. Operation Continuing Promise is a mission in which the United States military works with host nations to provide humanitarian assistance and execute civil-military operations alongside various partner nations within the Caribbean and Central and South America.
