Distinguished visitors watched the culmination of "Silver Arrow,"in
Latvia. Six NATO allies participated in the Latvian led exercise, which joins foreign
Armed Forces units,in order to improve cooperation and to prepare and perfect the
unit skills of conventional warfare. The exercise is part of Atlantic Resolve,an
ongoing multinational partnership focused on joint training and security
cooperation between the U.S. and other NATO allies.
