Kansas Guardsmen through the National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Program recently assisted and guided the Armenian Peace Keeping Brigade in receiving certification as a NATO partner following an evaluation exercise in the Republic of Armenia. The brigade earned the certification by passing the second-level evaluation of the Operational Capabilities Concept of NATO’s partnership for Peace Program. Story by Army Sgt. Zachary Sheely.
