Soldiers assigned to 87th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade, left Fort Stewart, Georgia October 9 to support Fort Jackson, South Carolina in the flooding efforts. The Soldiers that went up are going to mainly purify water so Fort Jackson will have more drinking water available.
