℠2015 - Pentagon Press Secretary Peter Cook briefed the pentagon press corps on the U.S. support of an Iraqi Peshmerga operation to rescue hostages at an ISIL prison in Hawiji, Iraq. During the operation one U.S. service member was wounded and later died after receiving medical care.
