U.S. Air Force Special Operations Forces Medical Element and the Medics of the Multi-national Special Operations Maritime Task Group 20 are conducting a Medical Casualty Evacuation Simulation exercise with a C-130J model Hercules Aircraft as part of Exercise TRIDENT JUNCTURE 2015 at Rota Air Base, Spain. During the exercise, the SOFLE together with the Medics of SOMGT 20 are evacuating the patients from one area of responsibility to a higher echelon of care.
