Nearly 200 U.S. Marines and sailors with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response-Africa Detachment A celebrated the Marine Corps' 240th birthday, Nov. 10, 2015, aboard Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy. The Marines celebrated the birthday with a cake-cutting ceremony, a Marine Corps tradition. SPMAGTF-CR-AF is a rotational force postured to respond to crises in north and west Africa when directed by U.S. Africa Command. Also available in high definition.
