Three Whiteman Air Force Base Crew Chiefs earned the honor to be three of only eight enlisted Airmen to every fly in the B-2 Stealth Bomber. All of these crew chiefs earned the right to fly in the world's premiere bomber through hard work. SSgt Joshua Thompson was the Maintenance Group Crew Chief of the Year 2012. TSgt Andrew Jones was the Air Force Global Strike Command Crew Chief of the Year for 2013 and SSgt Brian Schroeder is the 2014 Air Force Global Strike Command Crew Chief of the Year. Their hard work put them in the hot seat of the B-2's copilot chair giving these crew chiefs a deeper understanding of the mission they support.
