The Kansas National Guard activated a new signal company, the 330th Brigade Signal Company, during a ceremony at the Heartland Preparedness Center in Wichita Dec. 5. The 330th will operate as the signal arm of the 130th Field Artillery Brigade. The unit is one of only 10 of it's kind in the Department of Defense, according to Capt. Louis Latimer, 330th commander.
