B-Roll of the Louisiana National Guard's 256th Infantry Brigade constructing a levee using HESCO barriers on Avoca Island, Louisiana, to prevent backwater flooding of Morgan City and other towns due to high river levels. The 2225th Multi-Role Bridge Company used the Improved Ribbon Bridge system to transport personnel and equipment to Avoca Island. Louisiana National Guardsmen worked across the state supporting local, parish, and state officials at the request of the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.
