Speaking from Baghdad via video conference, Feb. 10, 2016, Operation Inherent Resolve spokesman Army Col. Steven Warren said Canada’s announcement that they intend to increase their support to the intelligence effort and the training mission in northern Iraq and to expand their humanitarian and development contributions in the campaign against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant significantly increases mission capability.
