U.S. Marines with Combined Arms Company conduct a live-fire training exercise using tanks and Light Armored Vehicles at Rena, Norway, Feb. 18, 2016. Several Norwegian Army soldiers acted as safety officers for the range, which maximized the weapons' shooting efficiency. In the weeks leading up to Exercise Cold Response 16, U.S. and Norwegian forces are conducting bilateral training in order to enhance the U.S. service members' warfighting capabilities in cold weather environments.
