    Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton

    Retired Master Sgt. William Behana discusses his service in the Corps and provides a recollection of his experience during the battle of Iwo Jima. Behana was one of the surviving Iwo Jima Veterans who visited Camp Pendleton during the 71st commemoration of the Battle of Iwo Jima. The commemoration consists of a tour of Camp Pendleton, tour of Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, a memorial service and a reenactment of the historical flag raising over a three day period at various sites throughout Marine Corps Installations- West.
