Col. J.C. Millard’s command of the 89th Airlift Wing will come to a close on June 17, 2016, when Col. Casey D. Eaton assumes command of the ‘Air Force One’ Wing, commonly known as, SAM Fox. While we prepare for the arrival of the new commander, it’s also important to look back at the era that is passing. Col.
