The non-commissioned officer has long been known as the backbone of the army. Serving as leader and mentor to the lower enlisted while also supporting commissioned officers to accomplish the mission. On the afternoon of Saturday June 4th, 2016, an historic NCO induction ceremony was held at the SPC Luke P. Frist Army Reserve Center at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana, by the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary). The ceremony was coordinated by Command Sgt. Maj. Levi G. Maynard, senior enlisted advisor for the 310th ESC.
