Pacific Angel is a recurring joint/combined humanitarian assistance mission sponsored by U.S. Pacific Command designed to bring humanitarian civic assistance and civil-military operations to areas in need in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. It is conducted in locations throughout the Pacific theater to support the U.S. military charter of capacity building in partner nations. Pacific Angel 16-2 begins, and Air Force Staff Sergeant Chad Usher takes us to Cambodia to see some of the work being done.
