MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII (July 2, 2016) U.S. Marines teach Australian soldiers their patrolling techniques and improvised explosive device search tactics. Exercise Rim of the Pacific 16 is the world's largest international maritime exercise, and provides a unique training opportunity that helps participants foster and sustain cooperative relationships that are critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world's oceans.
