U.S. Marines and U.S. Merchant Marines work together to practice a skin to skin maneuver for senior military leaders of allied and partner nations during PACOM Amphibious Leaders Symposium 2016 (PALS-16) near Red Beach Camp Pendleton, Calif., on July 12, 2016. PALS-16 is to bring together senior military leaders of allied and partner nations with an interest in amphibious capability and discuss key aspects of amphibious capability, capability development, crisis response, and interoperability.
