U.S. Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force 16.2 demonstrate anti-armor capabilities, including Tube-launched Optically-tracked Wire-guided missiles, Mk19 grenade launchers and M240B machine guns, during Exercise Silver Arrow at Adazi Training Area in Latvia, Oct. 16, 2016. The exercise is a Latvian-hosted exercise bringing together several NATO nations in an effort to increase combined military proficiency and foster relationships between the countries.
