U.S. Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force 16.2 demonstrate anti-armor capabilities, including Tube-launched Optically-tracked Wire-guided missiles, Mk19 grenade launchers and M240B machine guns, during Exercise Silver Arrow at Adazi Training Area in Latvia, Oct. 16, 2016.
