Interview with Drill Sgt. Lauren Henderson. Sgt. Henderson is the first female drill
sergeant in the Tennessee Army National Guard and this interview
took place during her first drill in this role. She is assigned to the
Recruit Sustainment Program in Smyrna, Tenn. The RSP program prepares
new recruits for basic training.
