The Army Warfighting Assessment (AWA) 17-1 is a multinational exercise which evaluates and develops interim solutions to the Army warfighting challenges and will focus on exploring new ideas for technology, tactics and concepts at Ft. Bliss, N.M., Oct. 17-28, 2016. The AWA was conducted with over 5,000 troops from six different countries assessing the operational effectiveness of 41 different concepts and capabilities.
