Mr. Richard Rovsek of the Spirit of Liberty Foundation, speaks about the Freedom Bell during a ringing ceremony Dec. 6, 2016, outside the U.S.S. Bowfin & Submarine Museum. After the ceremony, the bell was free to be rung, in memory of someone who served or is currently serving in the armed forces, by all comers.
