The city of Houston Emergency Operations Center is the public safety and security nerve center coordinating all of the local, state and federal law enforcement agencies required to keep a million visitors safe during America's premier global sporting event. Immigration and Custom Enforcement is once again the federal coordinator syncing all of the federal government assets in support of Super Bowl 51.
