Coast Guard Capt. Winslow Buxton (Ret.) was remembered by friends, family, and fellow Coast Guard shipmates during a funeral service held in Bellevue, Wash., on March 11, 2017. Buxton was a veteran of WWII and served in the Coast Guard for 29 years before retiring and working for the ports of Seattle.
