Crewmembers from various units throughout the Coast Guard 14th District conducted a Firearms Training and Evaluation – Pistol course at the Dexter Small Arms Firing Range at Coast Guard Base Honolulu, March 27-31, 2017. The FT&E-P, which will replace the Basic Pistol Marksmanship Course, will qualify Coast Guard law enforcement personnel using a four-phased approach of training, practice, qualification and proficiency.
