U.S. Soldiers from Barbarian Company, 1st Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division coordinated with Lithuanian Land Forces for combined forces training in the form of Exercise Savage Wolf. Exercise Savage Wolf had the goal of American and Lithuanian soldiers working together to take a defended airfield. The 1st Bn., 68th Armor Reg. is deployed to Europe as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a U.S. led effort in Eastern Europe that demonstrates U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and dedication to enduring peace and stability in the region.
